Deployment Operations Lead

📋 Description

• • The Deployment Operations Lead serves as the operational backbone of HappyRobot's Deployments organization, ensuring accounts are staffed correctly, delivered on time, and continuously improved through structured processes and cross-functional alignment.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining deployment playbooks, owning staffing and capacity planning for Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists, tracking delivery health to surface risks early, gathering structured field feedback to drive product and process improvements, and partnering closely with commercial teams to refine scoping and value-finding for new deals.
