📋 Description

• • The Deputy Director, Non-Incentive Programs will lead and manage CALSTART’s non-incentive programs, which are critical to advancing transportation decarbonization and clean air initiatives through technical, policy, and infrastructure support.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing program strategy, managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with government and industry partners, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope, and contributing to the development of scientific and technical reports that inform regulatory and market transformation efforts.
• • CALSTART is a mission-driven nonprofit with over 30 years of experience in accelerating zero-emission transportation solutions, working nationally with businesses, governments, and communities to drive equitable access to clean transportation and reduce climate impacts.
• • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in clean transportation policy and program management, lead high-impact initiatives that shape national standards, and build leadership experience in a mission-critical organization at the forefront of the clean energy transition.
