📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) to join our team in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).
• The successful candidate will be responsible for providing critical support to the MLRO in ensuring the effective implementation of AML/CFT policies and procedures across the organization.
• This includes conducting risk assessments, reviewing and updating policies, and providing training and guidance to employees.
• The Deputy MLRO will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reporting suspicious transactions, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for this role.
• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AML/CFT regulations and experience working in a similar role within a financial institution.
• The Deputy MLRO will be required to work closely with the MLRO and other internal stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of AML/CFT policies and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a financial institution.
• A deep understanding of AML/CFT regulations and experience working in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of AML/CFT policies and procedures.
