- • As the Derivatives Sales Manager for India at Coinbase, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and expansion of Coinbase Advanced's derivatives trading platform within the dynamic Indian market.
- • This senior individual contributor role demands a proactive and entrepreneurial spirit, where you will own the entire business development and sales lifecycle from strategy formulation to client onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
- • Your primary focus will be on originating, nurturing, and expanding high-value relationships with key client segments, including VIP clients, high-volume crypto-native traders, and institutional investors, with a secondary focus on broader APAC coverage as needed.
- • You will be responsible for designing and executing targeted, data-driven sales strategies specifically tailored to penetrate the Indian market and achieve significant revenue growth in derivatives trading.
- • The role requires you to lead the end-to-end sales process, encompassing prospecting for new opportunities, crafting compelling pitches, negotiating complex deals, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
