- • Serve as an entry-level Designer I supporting the delivery of coordinated construction documents through hands-on Revit modeling, drawing updates, and documentation tasks.
- • Work under clear guidance to prepare and maintain Revit models that align with TEECOM’s workflows, tools, and standards for Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, Security, Acoustics, Network, and Wi-Fi disciplines.
- • Collaborate closely with production staff to enhance discipline knowledge, coordination awareness, and consistency in project delivery across multiple technical domains.
- • Receive structured training and mentorship from an assigned engineering mentor to develop foundational skills in technical design and documentation practices.
- • Assist in coordination activities that ensure project alignment, including tracking changes, resolving conflicts, and supporting interdisciplinary communication.
- • Take detailed meeting notes and contribute to reports and calculations as needed to support project progress and documentation accuracy.
- • Shadow senior consultants to gain exposure to real-world applications of TEECOM’s technology disciplines and delivery methodologies.
- • Build disciplined production habits through consistent adherence to documentation standards, revision control, and quality assurance protocols.
- • Participate in onboarding and ongoing learning journeys designed to strengthen technical proficiency in building information modeling and construction documentation.
- • Contribute to project timelines by delivering accurate, timely, and coordinated design outputs that support the broader engineering and construction team.
- • Develop familiarity with industry-specific technology systems including telecommunications infrastructure, audiovisual systems, security networks, and wireless communication environments.
- • Maintain organized digital files and documentation in accordance with TEECOM’s internal systems and project-specific requirements.
- • Demonstrate a strong learning mindset by actively seeking feedback, asking clarifying questions, and applying instruction to improve output quality and efficiency.
- • Support cross-disciplinary coordination efforts to ensure design intent is accurately reflected across all technical disciplines involved in project delivery.
- • Adapt to evolving project needs by responding to feedback, revising models and drawings, and maintaining alignment with client and team expectations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit for architectural or engineering documentation
- • Strong attention to detail in modeling, drafting, and documentation tasks
- • Willingness to learn and adhere to structured technical workflows and standards
- • Ability to take clear, accurate meeting notes and support administrative documentation
- • Basic understanding of construction documentation processes
