📋 Description

• • Own Render’s day-to-day presence on X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Discord by actively engaging with developers, answering technical questions, and contributing meaningfully to relevant conversations
• • Create and ship a regular cadence of short-form technical content including threads, posts, code snippets, demos, and timely takes on developments in the developer ecosystem
• • Identify and join high-impact conversations where Render can credibly contribute, responding quickly and authentically to emerging trends and developer pain points
• • Build and nurture relationships with developer creators, community moderators, and early adopters within Render’s user base to foster loyalty and advocacy
• • Plan and execute community programs such as AMAs, livestreams, and Discord/Reddit initiatives; support hackathons and other developer-focused activations
• • Produce longer-form technical content including blog posts, video tutorials, and sample applications designed to drive social distribution and deepen developer understanding of Render’s platform
• • Represent Render at select conferences, meetups, and podcasts when audience alignment and impact justify participation
• • Serve as the internal voice of the developer community, partnering with Product, Engineering, Support, and Marketing teams to surface community feedback and influence product roadmap priorities
• • Track and measure community impact through metrics including growth, engagement rates, sentiment analysis, and downstream platform signups, using data to refine strategy and double down on successful initiatives
• • Maintain a sharp, authentic written voice that resonates with developers across platforms, balancing technical depth with accessibility and avoiding preachiness
• • Stay deeply familiar with platform-specific norms and cultural dynamics on X, Reddit, and Discord to tailor content and interaction styles appropriately for each
• • Translate Render’s technical capabilities—such as persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, and built-in observability—into compelling narratives that demonstrate real-world value to developers
• • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure community insights directly inform marketing campaigns, documentation improvements, and product enhancements
• • Maintain a bias toward shipping quickly and iterating based on real-time community feedback rather than over-planning
• • Actively participate in the broader developer tooling and infrastructure conversation, positioning Render as a trusted, developer-first alternative to hyperscalers and ephemeral solutions
• • Foster an inclusive and respectful community environment that aligns with Render’s values of humility, integrity, and mutual respect
• • Support recruitment efforts by engaging with potential candidates in developer communities and representing Render as an employer of choice in the infrastructure space
