📋 Description

• As a Developer Relations Manager at NVIDIA in Mexico, you will serve as a strategic technical advisor and ecosystem builder, driving the adoption of NVIDIA’s AI platforms among enterprises, ISVs, and startups across the region. Your work will directly influence how advanced technologies like generative AI, digital twins, and AI agents are integrated into real-world solutions, positioning NVIDIA as a catalyst for innovation in Mexico’s growing AI landscape.
• Day to day, you will act as a trusted technical partner to customers and partners, guiding them through the integration of NVIDIA’s stack for high-impact workloads in GenAI, foundational models, AI infrastructure, simulation, and AI agents. You will lead strategic engagements, translate complex technical capabilities into actionable roadmaps, and ensure partners can successfully deploy and scale solutions using NVIDIA technologies.
• You will map, build, and expand a vibrant ecosystem of strategic partners by identifying growth opportunities, co-developing next-generation solutions, and championing NVIDIA’s technologies through technical enablement, joint go-to-market planning, and ongoing relationship management. This includes tracking regional AI trends and aligning partner strategies with NVIDIA’s product roadmap.
• Collaboration is central to your role: you will work closely with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing teams to align on developer engagement strategies, optimize partner adoption, and ensure seamless technical handoffs throughout the integration journey.
• You will represent partner feedback internally, funneling real-world insights from field deployments to NVIDIA’s product and engineering teams to influence future roadmaps, while advocating for partner needs in technical discussions and decision-making forums.
• Through this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise AI adoption, technical partnership strategy, and regional market dynamics, while developing leadership skills in cross-functional influence, technical negotiation, and ecosystem development — all within one of the world’s most innovative technology companies.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in AI, Data Science, or a computer science-related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in the technology industry, with backgrounds in software engineering, developer relations, or technical partnerships, including 3+ years of direct hands-on experience in AI and Generative AI.
• Proven experience leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at major technology companies, ISVs, or within relevant verticals, with a focus on Generative AI and applied machine learning.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, ranging from engineers to executives.
• Proven ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
