📋 Description

• As a Digital Account Executive DACH (m/w/d) at SoSafe GmbH, you will drive new business acquisition in the SMB segment across the DACH region, playing a key role in expanding the company’s Human Risk Management solutions and contributing to the mission of making the digital world safer through cybersecurity awareness.
• You will independently build and manage a strong sales pipeline, own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing, conduct online demos and in-person meetings, and collaborate with Customer Success and Partner Managers to identify cross- and upsell opportunities while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• You will join a dynamic, ambitious, and international sales team in Cologne-based international team that values collaboration, daily knowledge sharing, and continuous optimization of sales processes within an open, motivating culture where achieving goals is both rewarding and enjoyable.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in SaaS sales, cybersecurity solution positioning, AI-assisted sales tools, and CRM platforms, while growing your ability to navigate a fast-paced startup environment, take ownership of outcomes, and advance your career through feedback, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in SaaS sales within the DACH region with initial closing experience and a focus on new customer acquisition, preferably in SMB sales in an agile, fast-paced environment
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Experience with CRM and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and common sequencing tools
• Confident use of AI-powered sales and productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for conversation preparation, proposal creation, and research
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with regular office days in Cologne and flexibility for remote work
