- • Own end-to-end execution of digital advertising campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, video, and native ad channels within established strategic frameworks
- • Set up, refresh, optimize, and conduct QA on campaigns across all major advertising platforms, ensuring timely and accurate deployment
- • Design, run, and document structured A/B and multivariate tests on ad creative, audience segments, and bidding strategies using a consistent test-and-learn methodology
- • Build, launch, and iterate on landing page variations using a no-code page builder to improve conversion rates, reduce CPA, and increase ROAS
- • Collaborate closely with digital ad strategists to translate strategic goals into actionable campaign tactics and optimize performance
- • Deliver ad-hoc and recurring performance reports with precision, ensuring stakeholders have clear insights into campaign effectiveness
- • Maintain meticulous documentation of campaign configurations, test hypotheses, results, and learnings for organizational knowledge sharing
- • Monitor campaign performance in real time to identify anomalies, adjust budgets, and mitigate risks to key KPIs
- • Leverage AI tools as part of daily workflows to enhance efficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
- • Ensure 100% accuracy in campaign execution with zero tolerance for errors in targeting, bidding, creatives, or tracking implementation
- • Align all campaign activities with organizational goals to directly contribute to pipeline growth and revenue objectives
- • Work within a fully remote, high-documentation, low-meeting culture that prioritizes autonomy, written communication, and deep work
- • Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging best practices across paid advertising channels
- • Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through data-driven insights and iterative testing
- • Maintain clear and transparent communication with cross-functional teams through written updates, reports, and collaborative documentation
- • Use company tools and systems to track campaign spend, performance metrics, and attribution data accurately and consistently
- • Operate with a high degree of independence while ensuring alignment with broader marketing and sales objectives
- • Participate in continuous learning and process improvement initiatives to elevate the team’s overall campaign effectiveness
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of hands-on direct platform experience executing paid social, display, video, and paid search campaigns
- • A structured approach to testing; ability to design clean experiments and document learnings
- • Proven success partnering with digital ad strategists to drive value through campaign optimization
- • Transparent written and verbal communication style
- • Strong attention to detail and a track record of error-free campaign execution
- • Comfort using AI tools as a part of process
