- • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with commercial objectives and drive revenue growth across consumer and B2B channels.
- • Collaborate with brand teams and external agencies (media and creative) to translate brand strategic plans into high-performing digital and media solutions.
- • Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI and efficient allocation of resources across campaigns and channels.
- • Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to continuously optimize digital campaigns, adjusting tactics in real-time based on data-driven insights.
- • Drive digital innovation by evaluating emerging technologies, platforms, and media approaches within the pharmaceutical and healthcare digital ecosystem.
- • Develop compelling business cases to secure executive buy-in and funding for innovative digital initiatives with measurable business impact.
- • Ensure digital marketing stakeholders have timely access to tailored reports and dashboards that enable effective business management and performance assessment.
- • Serve as the primary leader for external digital agency relationships, managing vendor performance, contract alignment, and strategic partnerships across consumer and professional segments.
- • Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams—including U.S. Sales organizations—to drive enterprise-wide adoption of omnichannel marketing capabilities.
- • Oversee the supervision of digital marketing teams, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and legal standards.
- • Interpret complex business and technical documents to inform strategic decisions and communicate ambiguous concepts clearly to executives and cross-functional leaders.
- • Prepare comprehensive reports, detailed business correspondence, and high-impact presentations for senior leadership and organizational-wide audiences.
- • Apply quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills to resolve moderately complex marketing challenges using semi-standardized solutions with required ingenuity.
- • Maintain proficiency in digital, social, and mobile marketing best practices, including knowledge of key vendors, service providers, and industry trends.
- • Demonstrate strong project management skills to coordinate multi-channel campaigns, timelines, and stakeholder expectations across global and regional teams.
- • Operate effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment to align digital initiatives with broader commercial and brand goals.
- • Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements specific to pharmaceutical marketing while executing digital campaigns in the U.S. and global markets.
- • Travel moderately to support in-person meetings, agency reviews, and cross-team collaborations across the United States.
- • Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with company policies and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
- • Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills in English to convey strategic vision, performance results, and campaign insights across all levels of the organization.
