- • As a Digital Banking Account Executive at Fiserv, you will manage digital channels and electronic payments relationships with clients across North America, acting as an advocate and ambassador for financial institutions using Fiserv’s solutions to better serve their consumers.
- • You will manage a regular meeting cadence with clients both onsite and remotely, educate clients on Fiserv happenings, create an easy environment for client interaction, and lead collaboration with other business units to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- • You will facilitate resolution of client operational escalations, monitor support tickets and enhancement requests, coordinate team education on digital products, develop and manage Client Action Plans, cultivate client references, and serve as the point of contact for satisfaction issues.
- • You will support client visits and conferences, ensure billing accuracy, and contribute to a high-performing team by exceeding performance results, driving retention through renewals, and growing product adoption and usage.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in client relationship management, service delivery, and/or sales to C-Level executives.
- • Experience in electronic banking, mobile banking, and/or payments.
- • Bachelor’s degree in business or other applicable discipline, and/or equivalent military experience.
- • Experience with eCRM software such as Salesforce (nice-to-have).
- • Working knowledge of Fiserv account processing products, online banking products, and business units (nice-to-have).
- • Experience with Fiserv systems or applications (nice-to-have).
