📋 Description
- • As a Digital Engagement Delivery Project Manager at Alight, you will oversee project delivery from initiation to closure, ensuring successful implementation of Alight Worklife Digital Engagement solutions that support clients in building healthier, more financially secure workforces.
- • Day to day, you will manage project scope, schedules, and risk logs using Smartsheet; lead client planning and requirements meetings; coordinate with Requirements Analysts to gather business needs; oversee client acceptance testing; issue tracking; and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions within the AWL standard framework while identifying renewal and upsell opportunities.
