- • BJAK is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic, remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in planning, launching, and meticulously optimizing paid digital campaigns across a spectrum of high-impact platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok. Your primary mission will be to drive scalable campaigns that deliver measurable and meaningful Return on Investment (ROI), directly contributing to BJAK's mission of building superior application platforms globally and making society more efficient.
- • As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be at the forefront of our performance marketing efforts. This involves a deep dive into campaign performance, monitoring and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) on a daily basis. Your vigilance will ensure that campaign performance not only meets but consistently exceeds our ambitious targets.
- • A core aspect of your role will be to embrace a culture of continuous improvement through rigorous A/B testing. You will experiment with various elements of our campaigns, including ad creatives, compelling copy, precise audience segmentation, strategic placements, and sophisticated bidding strategies. The insights gained from these tests will be crucial in identifying optimal approaches and refining our strategies for maximum impact.
- • Collaboration is key to success at BJAK. You will work closely with our talented content and design teams to conceptualize and develop high-performing advertisements and engaging landing page experiences that resonate with our target audiences and drive conversions.
- • Proactive problem-solving is essential. You will be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise related to ad delivery, conversion tracking accuracy, audience targeting precision, or sudden performance dips, ensuring swift and effective resolution in real-time.
- • Strategic budget management is paramount. You will oversee campaign budgets across all channels, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve our growth objectives. This requires a keen understanding of financial metrics and a commitment to optimizing spend for the best possible outcomes.
- • Clear and concise reporting will be a significant part of your responsibilities. You will build detailed weekly and monthly reports that not only highlight key performance insights and optimization actions taken but also provide a transparent overview of budget utilization. These reports will be vital for informing stakeholders and guiding future strategic decisions.
- • Staying ahead of the curve is non-negotiable in the fast-paced digital marketing landscape. You will be expected to continuously update your knowledge on platform changes, emerging beta features, critical algorithm updates, and innovative new ad formats across all relevant platforms.
- • Technical proficiency in setting up and managing conversion tracking is crucial. This includes the accurate implementation of UTM parameters for campaign attribution, pixel integration for audience building and measurement, and effective utilization of Google Tag Manager for robust tracking solutions.
- • You will conduct in-depth audience research and segmentation to identify and target high-intent and high-converting user groups, ensuring our marketing messages reach the right people at the right time.
- • For larger-scale or specialized campaign initiatives, you will coordinate effectively with external vendors, agencies, or partners, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with BJAK's overall marketing strategy.
