- • As a Digital Marketing Executive in Affiliate Marketing (German Speaking), you will manage the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs, including affiliate communications, reporting, fraud checks, and data analysis, while working remotely from Germany or the UK.
- • You will build and maintain client and affiliate relationships through proactive communication, creative newsletters, and updates on promotions and program developments, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- • You will utilize Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) to track performance, analyze trends, and deliver actionable recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness and support strategic growth.
- • You will collaborate with peers and management to drive process improvements, share best practices, and contribute to team growth while managing multiple campaigns with minimal supervision and strong ownership of deadlines.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in affiliate program management, data analysis, and client relationship building, with clear milestones: by 6 months, you’ll operate programs independently; by 1 year, you’ll troubleshoot issues, lead initiatives, and serve as a thought leader within the team.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in German (mandatory)
- • 1-2 years of experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing (beneficial but not required)
- • Advanced proficiency in Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, formatting, etc.)
- • Familiarity with affiliate networks and SaaS platforms (e.g., ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact) is a plus
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
