📋 Description

• The Digital Marketing Manager will partner closely with a team of Marketing Managers to bring campaigns to life across digital channels, playing a critical role in executing marketing strategy through insights, reporting, and performance optimization.
• Day to day, the person will plan, build, and execute multi-channel digital campaigns; configure and deploy email campaigns and customer journeys in platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HubSpot; monitor performance and deliver reporting on key metrics; analyze data across paid media, email, SEO, and social; conduct A/B testing; and support customer segmentation and competitor analysis.

• In this role, the person will deepen expertise in marketing automation, data-driven campaign optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, while contributing to measurable improvements in ROI and customer engagement within a mission-driven organization focused on pet health.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
• At least 6 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, campaign execution and marketing analytics
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HubSpot
• Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, SFMC, Excel, SQL) and reporting dashboards
• Proven track record of managing the end-to-end execution of high-volume, multi-channel campaigns while consistently meeting rigorous deadlines
