  • As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be entrusted with the comprehensive management and ongoing optimization of B2B paid media campaigns. This will span across a variety of critical platforms, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the meticulous setup of new campaigns, vigilant monitoring of ongoing activities, and strategic optimization to ensure that every campaign is geared towards achieving key objectives such as lead generation, conversion targets, and a strong return on investment (ROI). You will be the guardian of campaign integrity, ensuring strict adherence to targeting parameters, budget allocations, and overarching performance goals. This requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing any potential issues before they impact results.
  • A significant aspect of this role involves a commitment to continuous improvement through rigorous A/B testing. You will be responsible for designing and implementing A/B tests across various campaign elements, including ad creatives, compelling ad copy, precise audience segmentation, and effective landing pages. You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and conversion rates, providing a comprehensive view of campaign health and effectiveness.
  • Beyond paid media, this role also offers the opportunity to contribute to broader digital marketing initiatives. You will support basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts, focusing on keyword awareness and the implementation of on-page best practices. Furthermore, you will manage light social media posting duties, curating and scheduling organic posts approximately twice per week.
