  • • As a Digital Marketing Strategist at Directive Consulting, you will own the end-to-end performance marketing success for up to seven SMB clients in the B2B SaaS space, directly impacting their ability to generate qualified sales opportunities and customers through data-driven strategies.
  • • You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships through empathetic communication, strategic pitching, and consistent delivery of results that exceed expectations while managing project timelines, budgets, and cross-channel campaign execution.
  • • Your day-to-day will involve deep technical work across Paid Media, SEO/Content, and CRO—designing, launching, optimizing, and reporting on integrated campaigns aligned with Directive’s Customer Generation methodology, which prioritizes SQLs and revenue over vanity metrics.
  • • You will collaborate internally with specialists in paid, SEO, and CRO to ensure cohesive strategy execution, while externally educating clients on performance trends, AI-driven opportunities, and evolving best practices in B2B marketing.
  • • Directive Consulting is a remote-first, performance-obsessed agency that partners with innovative B2B brands to drive measurable growth; this role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and client partnership, offering autonomy and ownership in a fast-scaling environment.
  • • In this role, you will sharpen your T-shaped marketing expertise—balancing broad channel fluency with deep specialization in SaaS demand generation—while gaining exposure to enterprise-level clients, cutting-edge MarTech stacks, and leadership opportunities through mentorship and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of agency-side marketing experience with a proven track record in performance marketing for B2B or SaaS clients
  • • Demonstrated expertise in Paid Media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), SEO/Content strategy, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) for technology companies
  • • Strong project management skills with ability to own client timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining high quality and responsiveness
  • • Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities, including pitching strategy and presenting performance insights with clarity and confidence
  • • Deep familiarity with SaaS business models, metrics (CAC, LTV, payback period), and buyer journeys; experience in tech or startup environments preferred
  • • Proactive learner with interest in AI, automation, and emerging MarTech tools to enhance campaign efficiency and client outcomes
