  • • As a Digital Marketing Strategist at Directive Consulting, you will own the end-to-end performance marketing success for up to seven SMB clients, directly driving SQLs and customer acquisition through data-driven strategies in Paid Media, SEO, and CRO—moving beyond vanity metrics to deliver measurable business impact.
  • • You will manage client relationships with empathy and confidence, serving as the primary point of contact while project managing campaigns, organizing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are executed on time and below budget, all while aligning strategy with client goals in the competitive SaaS landscape.
  • • You will collaborate cross-functionally to craft and pitch comprehensive digital marketing strategies rooted in Directive’s Customer Generation methodology, leveraging deep technical expertise in paid, organic, and conversion optimization to exceed performance targets and innovate with emerging tools like AI and automation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of experience in agency-side marketing with a proven track record in performance-driven campaigns
  • • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, including Paid Media, SEO, and CRO for B2B or SaaS clients
  • • Demonstrated ability to act as a T-shaped marketer: deep technical knowledge in strategy, paid, SEO, and CRO combined with strong communication, project management, and client relationship skills
  • • Strong preference for candidates with direct SaaS industry background and understanding of tech company buyer journeys
  • • Availability to travel occasionally for team events or client engagements, with reliable internet access and a professional home office setup
  • • Proven project management ability to organize multiple accounts, meet deadlines, and deliver results under budget
