  • • As a Digital Personal Lines Producer at Leavitt Group Central, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients seeking personal insurance solutions, leveraging your bilingual English-Spanish skills and Property & Casualty license to guide prospects through informed decision-making in a fully remote, commission-driven sales role that emphasizes relationship-building, accurate quoting, and seamless handoff to account management teams.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include actively engaging leads and prospects by providing expert, accurate advice on insurance options; following established company sales and service procedures to ensure consistency and compliance; finalizing quotes and efficiently transferring sold business to the Account Manager team; applying in-depth knowledge of carrier products, underwriting guidelines, policy forms, and rating systems to tailor recommendations; developing new business through timely quoting, proposal preparation, documentation completion, and carrier binding; consistently achieving new business, cross-sell, and up-sell targets; and participating in team meetings and ongoing professional development to enhance your product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

  • • In this role, you will develop advanced consultative sales skills, deepen your expertise in personal lines insurance products and underwriting processes, strengthen your ability to manage a full sales cycle from lead to close in a remote environment, and build a track record of performance that supports long-term career advancement within Leavitt Group’s extensive network of agencies and specialty divisions.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • • Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
  • • 1+ years of experience in personal lines sales or service preferred
  • • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • • Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with prospects and clients
  • • Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities and timelines
  • • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong initiative
  • • Able to interpret policy documents, customer contracts, and other insurance forms
  • • Comfortable with calculations related to quotes, commissions, and discounts
