- • Develop and communicate the strategic vision and roadmap for one or more digital products within the Architecture, Compute, and Engineering organization.
- • Conduct market and user research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform product decisions.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and marketing to design, develop, and launch digital products that deliver seamless user experiences.
- • Create, maintain, and prioritize a product backlog using Agile methodologies and product management tooling to ensure alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
- • Define and monitor key performance metrics using analytics tools to evaluate product success and drive data-informed iterations and improvements.
- • Manage product budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize return on investment and operational effectiveness.
- • Gather, analyze, and incorporate customer feedback to continuously enhance product functionality, usability, and satisfaction.
- • Communicate product progress, updates, and outcomes to internal stakeholders and external partners with clarity and consistency.
- • Influence product direction, backlog prioritization, and roadmap planning with minimal guidance, adapting to evolving business and technical priorities.
- • Operate as a product management practitioner for low-complexity products or lead products of significant scope and complexity depending on level.
- • Coach and mentor early-career product managers across the ACE organization and broader technology teams, sharing best practices and fostering growth.
- • Drive optimization of product ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives) to improve team efficiency and delivery velocity.
- • Apply systems thinking to understand how digital products integrate with broader platform ecosystems, including infrastructure as code, automation, networking, and cloud solutions.
- • Leverage technical understanding of development processes, human-centered design, UX/UI principles, and digital marketing to bridge business and engineering teams.
- • Ensure all product initiatives align with Allstate’s mission to protect families and innovate in areas such as telematics, device protection, and identity management.
- • Maintain compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements, including fair chance ordinances where applicable.
- • Work remotely with a dedicated, private workspace and reliable internet (minimum 50 MB download / 5 MB upload) as required for remote operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tooling
- • Technical understanding of development processes, UX/UI design, and digital marketing
- • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform product decisions
- • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
- • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in finding solutions
- • 3+ years of product management experience for Senior Consultant II, 5+ for Lead, 7+ for Expert
