- • The Digital Project Manager at Scale Army will lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital marketing and web initiatives for U.S.-based clients, including high-visibility work in regulated industries such as pharma and healthcare, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships and team alignment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning project delivery across websites, landing pages, paid media campaigns, email campaigns, banner ads, SEO/SEM initiatives, and social media deliverables; managing a diverse portfolio of client projects with shifting priorities; translating client goals into actionable plans with clear timelines, scopes, budgets, and dependencies; facilitating scope discussions and priority alignment between stakeholders; acting as a proactive communicator to identify risks early and resolve blockers; creating and managing Asana tasks, project timelines, and status reports; translating technical and creative work into clear client-facing communication; coordinating QA processes and supporting project documentation; contributing directly to execution when needed; and guiding and mentoring peer producers to strengthen team capability and maintain delivery standards.
- • The team operates as a fully remote, agile agency partner supporting U.S.-based clients, requiring availability during U.S. business hours (9 AM–5 PM EST), and collaborates closely with designers, developers, strategists, and clients across multiple workstreams to deliver complex digital initiatives in fast-moving, high-accountability environments.
- • In this role, the individual will develop advanced expertise in managing regulated industry projects, refine strategic client communication and cross-functional leadership skills, gain experience with AI-integrated workflows and modern project management tools like Asana, and grow into a trusted advisor who shapes how digital projects move from concept to launch while contributing to team capability and delivery excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in digital production or project management within an agency or similarly fast-paced environment
- • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and high-visibility web projects with measurable outcomes, preferably in pharma, healthcare, or other regulated industries
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- • Deep understanding of digital marketing, including web development, SEO/SEM, paid media, analytics, email marketing, and social media
- • Strong command of project management tools, particularly Asana, with a strategic approach beyond task administration
- • Excellent client-facing communication skills with strong clarity and professionalism
- • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining close attention to detail and deadlines
- • Resourceful, resilient, and highly self-directed in project execution
- • Working knowledge of AI tools, including ChatGPT, and ability to integrate them effectively into workflows
