📋 Description

• Sells products and services to existing and prospective customers in a centralized call center environment, receiving inbound sales calls and assessing personal financial needs to recommend and sell appropriate deposit, credit, trust, and investment products.
• Develops customer profiles for follow-up by product line specialists, interfaces with other sales staff to ensure timely referral responses, and may assist customer service during peak periods to maintain service quality.
• Part of Elavon, a wholly owned subsidiary of U.S. Bancorp, serving over 1.5 million global customers with tailored payment solutions and financial technology innovations.
