- • As a Digital Sales Representative at Twilio, you will drive net-new revenue and customer acquisition across EMEA, playing a pivotal role in expanding Twilio’s presence in a strategically important market while helping businesses harness the power of communications APIs to transform customer engagement.
- • You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, understanding customer needs across industries, and designing tailored technical solutions using Twilio’s platform, all while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and acting as a trusted advisor in digital communication strategy.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales Development, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Support to align on customer requirements, streamline the sales process, and ensure successful onboarding and adoption of Twilio’s solutions.
- • Success in this role requires a proactive, innovative mindset—you’ll be expected to think creatively, develop new sales processes, contribute to team playbooks, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment where initiative and adaptability are highly valued.

🎯 Requirements
- • At least 2 years of sales or customer-facing experience in a technology or tech-adjacent industry, with a demonstrated track record of top performance and quota attainment.
- • Strong understanding of cloud computing and communications business models, with the ability to sell complex technical solutions to a technical audience using a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex technical and financial concepts for diverse audiences.
- • Proven experience in technical solutions selling, with a genuine interest in listening to customers, understanding their challenges, and helping them solve real-world problems.
- • High adaptability and comfort with ambiguity, including the ability to learn quickly, embrace change, and thrive in a rapid-paced, evolving environment.
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent deals effectively, balancing short-term activities with long-term pipeline development.
