  • • As a Digital Sales Representative at Twilio, you will play a key role in growing the business by driving net new customer acquisition and closing deals within SMB and Mid Market accounts across Europe, with a focus on positioning Twilio’s email solution, SendGrid, while gaining exposure to the broader Communications BU portfolio.
  • • Day to day, you will engage with customers across verticals to understand their business and technical requirements, design tailored solutions using Twilio’s communications API platform, collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Development, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Support to address customer needs, and manage multiple deals simultaneously while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
