• • The Digital Strategist AI Adoption role at Adobe supports enterprise clients in evolving their operating models, organizational structures, and ways of working to enable AI at scale.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include contributing to future-state operating model design, analyzing current-state structures, mapping decision rights, supporting new role and team design, conducting stakeholder interviews, developing org design options and RACI matrices, identifying structural barriers to AI adoption, translating AI strategy into practical components, preparing executive-ready presentations, and defining success metrics for adoption.
• • The role is part of Adobe Customer Solutions, working with senior strategists and program leaders to design and implement sustainable AI-enabled operating models across marketing, digital, IT, data, and operations functions.
• • The individual will gain deep experience in organizational design, change management, and AI-driven transformation, developing expertise in translating strategy into structural change while influencing enterprise-wide adoption of AI through governance, role clarity, and new ways of working.
