• • As a Solutions Consultant, you will be the architect of out-of-the-box solutions for new clients, meticulously designing and implementing strategies that align with their unique business needs. This role demands a deep dive into client portfolios, financial instruments, and assets, requiring you to leverage your analytical prowess to model and examine these elements effectively.
• • You will be the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, taking ownership of their experience and ensuring a seamless transition to a best-practice operating model. Your ability to manage expectations, both internally and externally, throughout the entire project lifecycle will be critical to client satisfaction and retention.
• • A key responsibility will be the end-to-end ownership of historical data conversions. This involves applying Addepar’s best-practice methodologies to ensure accurate and efficient migration of client data, a crucial step in providing a holistic portfolio view.
• • You will be expected to deliver high-value client outcomes that not only meet but exceed client expectations. This includes managing scope changes effectively, ensuring that project deliverables remain aligned with client goals and deliver maximum impact.
• • Maintaining 100% compliance with gold standard responsibilities and documentation is paramount. This ensures the integrity and reliability of the data and processes managed on the Addepar platform.
• • The role requires exceptional project governance, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will be adept at prioritizing and context-switching to manage multiple simultaneous projects, driving each to successful completion.
• • Proactive communication is key. You will regularly update internal and external senior leadership on project health, status, and any potential risks or challenges, fostering transparency and trust.
• • Beyond project execution, you will be a catalyst for continuous improvement. You will critically assess current processes and tools, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability as our client base expands.
• • You will contribute to the development of scalable processes, pre-configured templates, and improved methodologies to minimize project effort and duration, thereby increasing the overall efficiency of the solutions consulting team.
• • You will also own and manage delivery assurance for any external, third-party engagements related to client onboarding, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality client experience.
