- • The Director of Account Management leads ChowNow's post-sale revenue engine, owning renewal and retention across a base of 16K+ restaurant clients while driving expansion through cross-sell, upsell, and winback initiatives.
- • Day to day, the role involves setting strategic direction for account management, building scalable playbooks and team structure, overseeing two managers and nine individual contributors, and ensuring rapid adoption and value realization of new products.
- • About the team or company: ChowNow is a leading off-premise restaurant technology platform supporting over 20,000 restaurants across North America, processing $1B+ in annual gross food sales and saving partners over $700M in third-party fees, with a mission to empower independent restaurants to own their customer relationships.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading account management or customer success teams in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
- • Strong track record in driving renewal, retention, expansion (upsell/cross-sell), and winback of churned customers
- • Experience building and scaling team structures, playbooks, and operating rhythms for post-sale functions
- • Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align on go-to-market motions
- • Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams through periods of change, growth, and product evolution
