- • The Director, Account Management (Asset Protection Division) leads strategic account management for Protective Life Corporation’s Asset Protection Division, driving growth and retention of key client relationships while ensuring alignment with corporate goals and customer protection mission.
- • Day to day responsibilities include developing and executing account strategies, managing a team of account managers, analyzing performance metrics, collaborating with cross-functional partners (sales, underwriting, claims), identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, preparing executive reports, and ensuring exceptional customer experience to support long-term policyholder value.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- • 10+ years of progressive experience in account management, sales leadership, or client relationship management within financial services or insurance
- • Proven track record of leading teams, achieving revenue targets, and improving customer retention and satisfaction
- • Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM systems, sales data, and performance metrics to drive decisions
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities for engaging executives and stakeholders
