- • As Director, Ads Partnerships at KAYAK (part of Booking Holdings), you will lead the strategy and execution of high-value non-endemic advertising partnerships across the EMEA region, driving significant revenue growth by aligning KAYAK’s advertising, media, and creative solutions with the business objectives of tourism boards and global non-travel brands. This role is critical to expanding KAYAK’s influence beyond travel advertising into high-impact, brand-building campaigns that leverage its massive audience reach and data capabilities.
- • You will own and execute the comprehensive roadmap for managing and scaling KAYAK’s non-endemic accounts in EMEA, cultivating deep, influential relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers at the world’s largest tourism boards and non-travel brands, serving as their primary consultant to align KAYAK’s product ecosystem with partner KPIs, leading high-stakes negotiations for renewals, upsells, and new commercial opportunities, and building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing team of sales managers to foster a culture of client advocacy and commercial excellence.
- • You will partner cross-functionally with Client Success, in-house content production, Ad Operations, and Marketing teams to develop bespoke, integrated advertising solutions that deliver measurable results for partners while advancing KAYAK’s regional performance goals.

- • Demonstrated excellence in exceeding ambitious revenue targets as both an individual contributor and sales leader, with a proven track record of driving sustained commercial growth in competitive markets.
- • A deep, established network of contacts within tourism boards, media agencies, and non-travel brands is essential for immediate impact and partnership development.
- • Previous experience selling creative advertising solutions, including influencer campaigns, microsites, and custom content production, is required to effectively consult and deliver value to partners.
- • Mastery of C-level communication and negotiation, with the ability to build and maintain influential executive relationships and leverage data to construct compelling business cases for complex commercial agreements.
- • Exceptional understanding of the online media and advertising landscape, including trends, platforms, and measurement frameworks, to inform strategy and partner alignment.
- • Passion for delivering results in a high-growth environment, coupled with leadership skills to mentor teams, establish new performance benchmarks, and contribute to shaping KAYAK’s global organizational roadmap.
