- • The Director Advisory Services, Revenue Cycle Management leads consulting engagements to help health systems drive enduring financial transformation by connecting financial stewardship with clinical excellence, addressing unprecedented financial pressures and policy shifts in healthcare.
- • Day to day, the Director executes and oversees data analyses, leads client interviews, develops recommendations, manages project budgets and staff, ensures deliverable quality, drives billable work, participates in sales and business development activities, mentors team members, and leads internal practice development and training initiatives.
- • Premier Inc.’s Financial Transformation Advisory Practice works end-to-end across healthcare enterprises to deliver sustainable performance improvement, combining financial and clinical expertise to create lasting change that rebuilds the financial foundation of care delivery.
- • In this role, the person can develop deep expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management, lead large-scale transformation projects, grow leadership and consulting skills, influence organizational strategy, and contribute to Premier’s award-winning advisory practice while working with senior clinical and administrative leaders across health systems.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • 7 or more years of applicable experience in health systems finance, operations, strategic planning, or decision support analytics
- • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships across clinical, physician, and administrative leadership levels
- • Experience overseeing data analysis, quality assurance, and delivery of client presentations and recommendations
- • Willingness to travel 81-100% within the U.S. and remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods
- • Proficiency in operating computer programs and software, with strong verbal and written communication skills
