  • • As Director, Analytics Presales at FICO, you will serve as the technical and analytical authority in presales, partnering with Scores Sales Executives and Client Success Managers to support the acquisition, expansion, and renewal of FICO® Score solutions across Consumer Lending clients. Your role is critical in translating complex analytics into compelling business value, ensuring clean handoff into post-sale execution while shaping solution design and quantifying ROI for executive and technical stakeholders.
  • • You will lead technical discovery sessions, solution walkthroughs, and value-based discussions with client stakeholders, designing and articulating FICO Score solution configurations aligned to client needs, regulatory context, and operational realities. This includes translating analytics, model performance, and score usage into clear business and ROI narratives, supporting presales activities across new logo, expansion, and renewal motions, and contributing to pricing discussions with technical input on usage assumptions and solution complexity.
  • • You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Analytics, and Client Success teams to support RFx responses, proposals, and deal review materials, while reviewing and validating client-facing materials (presentations, ROI models, solution summaries) for accuracy and relevance. You will work closely with Client Success Managers to ensure clean, informed handoff from presales to post-sale execution, providing solution context, assumptions, and success criteria to Professional Services teams and remaining engaged through early implementation or go-live as needed.
  • • You will maintain deep expertise in FICO Score products, use cases, regulatory considerations, and competitive positioning, communicating new product features, enhancements, and roadmap themes in presales contexts. Additionally, you will capture client feedback and presales insights to inform product, sales, and enablement teams, driving continuous improvement and alignment across the organization.
  • • This role offers the opportunity to grow as a strategic leader in analytics presales within a global leader in decision management software. You will develop advanced skills in solution design, value articulation, and stakeholder engagement while contributing to FICO’s mission of helping businesses make better decisions through data-driven insights. Success in this role can lead to broader leadership opportunities in sales enablement, product strategy, or client success leadership within FICO’s expanding analytics ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Subject matter expertise in credit risk, consumer lending, retail banking, and analytics.
  • • Strong experience in presales, solutions consulting, and analytics with a deep analytical mindset capable of translating technical concepts into business value.
  • • Comfort engaging with both executive and technical stakeholders, supported by experience in client discovery, analytic use cases, analytic eco-system mapping, and operationalizing analytics in consumer lending and banking environments.
  • • Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Client Success, Analytics, and Product Management teams.
  • • Experience in Consumer Lending (unsecured, auto, etc.), credit risk, or regulated financial services environments.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • An inclusive culture reflecting FICO’s core values: Act Like an Owner, Delight Our Customers, and Earn the Respect of Others.
  • • The opportunity to make an impact and develop professionally by leveraging unique strengths and participating in valuable learning experiences.
  • • Highly competitive compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that encourage you to bring your best every day and be recognized for doing so.
  • • An engaging, people-first work environment offering work/life balance, employee resource groups, and social events to promote interaction and camaraderie.
  • • Targeted base pay range of $132,300 to $207,900, reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills, and experience.
