- • As the Director and Account Manager for Department of Treasury and IRS, you will set vision, build strategy, and provide operational excellence to position GDIT as a strategic partner across financial agency customers, driving mission success through technical solutions and relationship leadership.
- • Day to day, you will interface with Treasury customers to align GDIT capabilities with mission needs, develop relationships with key federal decision makers including CIOs and CTOs, lead execution of multiple project teams across Treasury bureaus, and participate in capture and growth life-cycles including proposal development and customer voice advocacy.
- • You will join GDIT’s Program Delivery and Execution team supporting complex government, defense, and intelligence projects, working within a portfolio that includes service delivery, supply chains, mission support, cloud, AI/ML, cyber security, and data analytics to foster customer mission success.
- • In this role, you will lead and grow a high-performing team, expand GDIT’s business into new areas, meet or exceed revenue and profit targets, and develop talent through coaching and mentoring while gaining deep expertise in federal financial agency operations and strategic account management.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and 20+ years of progressive Federal Civilian leadership experience as either a civil servant or contractor with responsibility for $50M+ federal budget or annual revenues
- • In-depth leadership experience supporting programs in federal financial agencies, with IRS experience preferred
- • Proven experience driving culture and leading dynamic mission-focused teams through transformation, including strategic development and implementation of large teams
- • Experience with federal proposal processes, delivery and execution, and aptitude for teaching, coaching and mentoring talent
- • Ability to obtain relevant Department of Treasury clearances and willingness to travel 10-25% as needed, with local DC metro area preference
