📋 Description
- • Lead and scale the global programmatic monetization business as Director / AVP – Programmatic Revenue, driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships in the digital advertising ecosystem.
- • Develop and execute monetization strategy across SSPs, DSPs, trading desks, and publishers, optimizing yield and performance through data-driven decision making.
- • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Ad Operations teams to strengthen VDO.AI’s monetization stack and enhance technical integration and campaign execution.
- • Build and manage relationships with key ad-tech partners, negotiate contracts, and identify new revenue opportunities to expand market presence.
- • Mentor and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement in programmatic operations.
- • Stay ahead of industry trends in programmatic advertising, including header bidding, privacy-first solutions, and emerging ad formats, to maintain competitive advantage.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in programmatic advertising, revenue optimization, and ad-tech partnerships with deep knowledge of SSPs, DSPs, and trading desks.
- • Strong background in monetization strategy and yield management within digital advertising or ad-tech environments.
- • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Ad Operations.
- • Expertise in negotiating partnerships and managing relationships with publishers, advertisers, and technology vendors.
- • Strategic thinker with analytical skills to interpret performance data and drive optimization initiatives.
