- • As Director of Business Development at Intercare Therapy, you will lead national growth by expanding behavioral health services and launching a new staffing model for school districts across the U.S., directly impacting access to care for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- • You will drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—targeting SPED Directors, Superintendents, and District Business Officers in the Midwest, Northeast, and Southeast, while managing RFP responses and forecasting revenue for both ABA services and the new staffing line (Paras, Subs, SLPs).
- • You will join a mission-driven organization with a 45-year legacy in evidence-based ABA therapy, operating across home, school, and clinic settings, now scaling to become a diversified national partner in K-12 behavioral health and staffing solutions.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in K-12 funding mechanics, IEP compliance, and reimbursement landscapes while building scalable sales operations, pricing strategies, and post-launch service delivery frameworks for a high-impact, dual-service business model.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of Business Development or Sales experience within the K-12 or Behavioral Health sectors
- • Proven track record of selling services into school districts or healthcare staffing environments
- • Demonstrated experience defining sales models, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches for new service lines
- • Deep, existing relationships with School District leaders (SPED Directors, Superintendents, Business Officers)
- • Expert-level negotiation, presentation, and communication skills to sell clinical value to educators and cost-savings to administrators
- • Ability to adapt sales approach between premium ABA services and cost-sensitive staffing models based on client needs
