Didomi is seeking a dynamic Solutions Consultant to join our growing team in New York, United States. In this pivotal role, you will be the technical architect and trusted strategic advisor for Didomi’s most significant global enterprise clients across the US market. You will operate at the exciting intersection of business objectives, evolving privacy regulations, and cutting-edge technology, meticulously crafting the bridge between our clients' complex needs and the powerful capabilities of the Didomi platform.
- • As a recognized expert in implementation and sophisticated solution design, your responsibilities will span the critical nexus where sales transitions into successful service delivery. You will be instrumental in designing robust, scalable, and future-proof privacy ecosystems that not only meet current regulatory demands but also anticipate future shifts in the privacy landscape. Your expertise will guide enterprise architecture decisions, ensuring seamless integration of Didomi's solutions within our clients' existing technology stacks and business processes.
- • You will serve as the definitive technical source of truth, fostering clear communication and alignment across multiple internal teams, including Sales, Pre-Sales, Support, Customer Success, and Product Management. This involves translating complex technical concepts into understandable business value and ensuring that customer feedback and technical insights are effectively channeled back to inform product development and strategic roadmaps.
- • Your day-to-day will involve deep dives into client challenges, understanding their unique business models, data strategies, and compliance requirements. You will conduct detailed technical discovery sessions, analyze existing infrastructure, and identify opportunities where Didomi can provide significant value. This often includes mapping out complex data flows, understanding consent management workflows, and advising on best practices for data governance and privacy compliance.
- • A key aspect of this role is developing and presenting tailored technical solutions and proposals. You will create compelling demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and architectural diagrams that clearly articulate how Didomi's platform addresses specific client pain points and strategic goals. This requires a deep understanding of our product suite, its technical underpinnings, and its competitive advantages.
- • You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Account Management teams throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from initial engagement and qualification to post-sales implementation and ongoing optimization. Your technical expertise will be crucial in building credibility, establishing trust, and demonstrating the tangible ROI of Didomi's solutions.
- • Beyond initial implementation, you will act as a proactive advisor, helping clients navigate the complexities of privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and others relevant to their operating regions. You will educate clients on emerging privacy trends, technological advancements, and how Didomi can help them maintain a competitive edge while upholding the highest standards of data privacy and user trust.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar client-facing technical role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- • Deep understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, LGPD) and their technical implications for businesses.
- • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex software solutions, APIs, and system integrations.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- • Experience in solution design, architecture, and implementation, with a focus on scalability and enterprise-level deployments.
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
