  • • Own the full-cycle sales of Workday Professional Services for Healthcare providers, from first discovery to signed Statement of Work, ensuring every prospect understands how Workday’s deployment methodology de-risks their Financials and Supply-Chain transformation.
  • • Partner tightly with Workday Account Executives, Solution Consultants, and Alliance Partners to craft multi-year services strategies that accelerate subscription bookings and create reference-able customer success stories.
  • • Lead virtual and on-site services discovery workshops with C-suite, PMO, and functional leaders to uncover pain points, map current-state processes, and translate findings into phased, risk-mitigated implementation roadmaps.
  • • Build and defend detailed project estimates, resource plans, and risk registers that stand up to CFO-level scrutiny while still preserving competitive win rates and healthy services margins.
  • • Present Workday’s differentiated “Owner-Operator” deployment model—powered by weekly release cycles, embedded analytics, and a single security model—to technical and non-technical audiences, clearly quantifying ROI versus legacy ERP upgrades.
  • • Negotiate complex, multi-million-dollar Professional Services Agreements, change-order clauses, and SLA frameworks that protect both customer outcomes and Workday margin targets.
  • • Maintain a rolling 4-quarter pipeline valued at 3–5Ă— quota in Salesforce; inspect weekly, forecast monthly, and provide executive read-outs that are accurate to within 5 % variance.
  • • Coach customers on organizational change management, data migration strategy, and integration architecture so that scope, timeline, and budget remain aligned throughout the sales cycle.
  • • Cultivate a trusted-advisor reputation with Workday Service Partners (Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, etc.) to co-sell and co-deliver deals that expand Workday’s ecosystem footprint.
  • • Champion Workday’s VIBE (Value Inclusion, Belonging, and Equity) culture by mentoring new hires, sharing best-practice playbooks, and actively participating in Healthcare User Groups and Diversity Councils.
  • • Travel up to 50 % each quarter to prospect sites, Workday offices, and industry events such as HIMSS, ANI, and Workday Rising, turning thought-leadership sessions into qualified services opportunities.
  • • Continuously scan the Healthcare technology landscape—CMS price-transparency rules, 340B program changes, supply-chain resiliency mandates—and translate emerging regulations into new service offerings that keep Workday ahead of the market.
