- • Lead business operations across multiple countries, building and running the operational infrastructure behind A1’s proactive AI smart assistant to support global scaling and execution.
- • Manage and develop a team of Business Operations Partners while overseeing office setup, entity incorporation, market launches, payroll implementation, vendor management, and recruiting operations support.
- • Join a small, highly capable team at A1 focused on integrating intelligence into everyday workflows through high-reliability AI systems that handle multi-step reasoning and persistent context.
- • Drive operational excellence by improving processes, tracking key initiatives, planning company events, and ensuring timely execution across recruiting, finance, legal, and administrative functions with high ownership and independence.

- • Experience in business operations, strategic operations, founder's office, or similar roles
- • Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders
- • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments
- • Comfortable working across recruiting, finance, legal, and administrative functions
- • Able to identify problems, make decisions, and drive execution independently
