  • Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with the GM to translate strategy into actionable quarterly and annual operating plans with clear milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes; serving as the connective tissue across the business to ensure alignment between growth strategy, product/content development, and client delivery.
  • Designing and leading the operating rhythm of the business, including weekly business reviews, monthly operating reviews, and quarterly planning cycles; establishing governance frameworks, decision-making processes, and risk management practices that drive clarity, speed, and accountability.
  • Owning end-to-end performance visibility across pipeline, revenue growth, content readiness, client execution, and realized savings; building executive-level dashboards and insights that inform decisions and highlight opportunities to accelerate growth.

  • Leading operational excellence initiatives, standardizing processes and implementing repeatable mechanisms that improve efficiency and reduce rework; embedding a culture of data-driven continuous improvement across teams.
  • Synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership; providing transparent updates on progress, risks, and key decisions required to achieve business objectives.
  • Supporting strategic decision-making through business cases, capacity modeling, and scenario planning; ensuring resources are aligned to the highest-impact opportunities tied to growth targets.
