- • Oversees internal operations and supports the Americas Clinical Operations Head as a key member of the Clinical Operations Americas leadership team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational excellence.
- • Leads finance and resource management, develops and reviews metrics, and drives communications to enhance organizational health and proactively address concerns across the region.
- • Embeds innovation and continuous improvement, leads or project-manages key initiatives, and represents the Americas Clinical Operations team in global and cross-functional projects to foster collaboration.
- • Establishes and maintains effective communication with Global Clinical Operations peers, functional area leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and transparency.
- • Acts as the right hand to the Americas Clinical Operations Head, creating and maintaining systems, business processes, and metrics to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- • Forecasts, manages, and oversees the Clinical Operations Americas budget and resources, conducting gap analyses and facilitating reallocation across teams and countries.
- • Tracks progress toward goals and initiatives, drives a productivity mindset, and ensures timely completion through progress reporting and review meetings.
- • Directs leadership team coordination, including scheduling, agendas, minutes, and action items, and represents the team in internal and external stakeholder collaborations.
- • Mentors team members through constructive feedback and supports professional development in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- • Applies strong organizational, interpersonal, and influencing skills to build effective relationships and lead with sound judgment and discretion.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline and 10+ years of progressive experience in clinical operations within biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry.
- • Preferably a master’s degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline and 7+ years of progressive experience in clinical operations within biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry.
- • Proven experience with process improvement, process optimization, and implementation of new business models.
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels.
- • Demonstrated ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
- • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with proven ability to build strong, effective relationships and lead teams.

- • Competitive base salary range of $171,900.00 - $231,900.00 annually.
- • Eligibility for annual bonus plan (Non-Commercial roles) or incentive compensation plan (Commercial roles).
