- • As Director, Channel Partnerships at Zapier, you will lead the channel partner strategy and team, driving enterprise and upmarket ARR through Solution Partners, experimental partnership motions, and hyperscaler initiatives like AWS Marketplace.
- • You will set strategy, own revenue targets, hire and develop the team, design partner programs, define services opportunities, and ensure cross-functional alignment across Sales, Solution Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product to turn partner relationships into measurable business outcomes.
- • You will join Zapier’s Ecosystems & Channels organization, which sits at the center of the go-to-market strategy, leveraging 8,000+ partner integrations and a rapidly expanding AI ecosystem to enable partners and open new growth pathways for Zapier, partners, and customers.
- • You will champion AI-first approaches, leverage AI to synthesize insights and automate reporting, model partner economics, and invest in tools and processes that drive outsized impact while mentoring teammates and challenging the status quo to effect positive organizational change.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in channel partnerships, partner sales, or alliances, including leading teams from individual contributors to senior managers
- • Proven ability to own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets, design coverage and capacity models, and build accountability frameworks connecting partner activity to ARR
- • Experience designing tiering structures, benefit frameworks, co-sell/co-market motions, and enablement programs for services and consulting partners, with a point of view on evolving into large SIs, alliances, and hyperscalers
- • Strong financial acumen to model partner economics, build business cases, and translate partner activity into pipeline and ARR impact for executive audiences
- • Exceptional communication and cross-functional operational skills to synthesize complex opportunities into clear narratives and drive alignment across Sales, Solution Architects, Customer Success, Partner Operations, Partner Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product
- • Data-driven mindset with experience setting goals, measuring outcomes, adapting based on insights, and building reporting for leadership visibility into partner-sourced and partner-influenced business impact
