- • Lead and scale Alkami’s core provider and strategic channel ecosystem as a primary driver of revenue growth, with explicit ownership of a team-based quota.
- • Define and execute channel strategy across key core providers including Fiserv, Jack Henry, COCC, and Corelation, and other strategic partners.
- • Design and optimize a predominantly reseller-based channel model, supplemented by co-sell and referral motions to maximize revenue efficiency.
- • Prioritize channel partners with direct influence over bank and credit union buying decisions to ensure alignment with Alkami’s target market.
- • Position Alkami competitively within core financial technology ecosystems and marketplaces to enhance visibility and adoption.
- • Drive reseller productivity and accountability for pipeline generation, deal progression, and bookings, holding partners accountable for active selling—not passive referrals.
- • Convert existing relationships into active, revenue-producing channels by establishing clear performance metrics and commercial incentives.
- • Lead joint sales motions with channel partners and actively manage deal progression from opportunity identification through closure.
- • Recruit and onboard new reseller-focused and core-aligned channel partners to expand Alkami’s go-to-market reach.
- • Establish commercial models and incentive structures that drive active selling behavior and accelerate time to first deal and partner productivity.
- • Build structured enablement programs tailored to reseller success, including training, certification, and sales playbooks to empower partners to independently identify, position, and close deals.
- • Execute channel-driven demand generation initiatives in collaboration with marketing resources to increase pipeline volume and quality.
- • Increase Alkami’s visibility and effectiveness within core financial services ecosystems through strategic alignment and co-marketing efforts.
- • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of channel sales professionals, setting clear expectations tied to pipeline, activation, and revenue outcomes.
- • Drive a culture of accountability, execution, and performance within the channel sales team.
- • Align cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategy and resolve channel conflict or deal ownership complexity.
- • Provide actionable feedback to Product and Marketing teams to refine Alkami’s go-to-market approach based on channel insights and market dynamics.
- • Operate in a remote-first environment with full US remote eligibility, managing a distributed team and partner network across the United States.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8–12+ years in channel or indirect sales, with strong reseller model experience
- • Proven success driving revenue through reseller channels
- • Experience working within complex channel ecosystems
- • Experience leading teams with quota responsibility
- • Strong enterprise sales, forecasting, and deal execution skills
- • Ability to manage complex, multi-party sales cycles
