  • • As a Director, Client Partnerships in Medical Communications, you will drive new business growth by identifying and cultivating accounts within Amplity’s Med Comms business line, focusing on Agency Services such as Advisory Boards, Speaker Bureau Programs, Workshops, Meetings and Events, Slide Decks, and Educational Campaigns.
  • • Day to day, you will build and maintain a quality sales pipeline, secure qualified client meetings through cold calling, emails, social media, and networks, collaborate with internal teams including Account Management and subject matter experts, create strategies to achieve Agency of Record (AOR) status, and systematically track KPIs to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • • Amplity is a full-service go-to partner for biopharma companies, delivering specialized medical and commercial services across the drug lifecycle. Formed in 2019 from companies with 40+ years of experience, Amplity combines people-driven, tech-enabled expertise to help clients launch products and operate with precision, improving patient outcomes through executional excellence.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in medical marketing strategy, leverage Amplity’s Medical Journals and Publishing business communities, develop innovative proposals to solve client brand and business challenges, and grow your impact as a strategic thinker and trusted partner in the pharmaceutical industry.
