  • • As the Director of Clinical Operations at Spring Health, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and ensuring the operational excellence of our most critical and employer-facing mental health services. This pivotal role involves overseeing our 24/7 Mental Health Crisis Line, Critical Incident Response (CIR), Mandatory Workplace Referrals, and Manager Consultation programs, ensuring they are delivered with the utmost safety, timeliness, and quality.
  • • You will lead a substantial, multi-tiered clinical organization, responsible for providing essential support during moments of critical need for our members. This position uniquely blends clinical oversight with a sharp focus on operational efficiency and robust cross-functional collaboration, all aimed at scaling our crisis intervention services with precision and demonstrable impact.
  • • A core responsibility will be to translate the complex needs of enterprise clients and stringent clinical quality requirements into highly scalable and effective clinical operating models. This requires a deep understanding of both clinical best practices and the practicalities of large-scale service delivery.
  • • You will act as a key liaison, partnering closely with various departments including Product, Care Support, Customer Success, Legal, Network Operations, and Business Intelligence. This collaboration is essential for the continuous enhancement of service delivery, the optimization of the member experience, and the seamless integration of clinical operations with broader company objectives.
  • • The role demands representation of our crisis services in high-level executive forums and direct engagement with clients, providing expert insights and ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and expectations.
  • • Ensuring the highest standards of clinical safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to evidence-based best practices across all managed programs will be paramount. This includes developing and maintaining robust protocols and quality assurance mechanisms.
  • • You will oversee sophisticated escalation frameworks and rigorous high-risk case review processes, working in tandem with senior clinical leadership to manage complex situations effectively and ethically.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve driving the standardization of clinical protocols and quality assurance mechanisms across all crisis services, ensuring consistency and excellence in care delivery regardless of the specific program or situation.
  • • You will be responsible for leading and nurturing a multi-layered clinical leadership team, empowering them to effectively manage a large frontline organization. This includes fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and strong team cohesion.
