Director, Clinical Research Operations

📋 Description

• • The Director of Clinical Research Operations provides leadership and oversight for all clinical staff supporting brick-and-mortar research sites, mobile/pop-up sites, and hybrid clinical trial models, ensuring high-quality study execution, regulatory compliance, and strong clinical performance across a geographically dispersed workforce.
• • Day to day, the role involves managing traveling clinical staff, overseeing protocol execution and participant safety, resolving workflow issues impacting quality or compliance, managing and developing clinical research staff (CRCs, nurses, mobile clinicians), implementing training and performance standards, monitoring enrollment and data quality, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive trial delivery and continuous improvement.
