- • As the Director of Commercial Strategy & Analytics at AuditBoard, Inc. (operating under the Optro brand), you will serve as a key architect of the company’s growth engine, bridging high-level strategy with operational execution to inform GTM strategy, lead annual commercial planning, and chart a data-driven path for sustainable growth in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
- • You will drive the go-to-market planning process by establishing sales segmentation, defining strategic investment priorities, and building a robust KPI/scorecard framework to ensure resources are allocated to the highest-impact initiatives at the right time.
- • You will oversee strategy and analytics to deliver actionable insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, and rep productivity, creating dynamic propensity-to-buy models, Total Addressable Market (TAM) analyses, and account scoring frameworks that empower sales teams to focus on the highest-value prospects.
- • You will act as the connective tissue between Commercial, Operations, Product, and Finance teams, ensuring that growth initiatives are operationally feasible, financially sound, and aligned across functions to break down silos and enable cross-functional execution.
- • You will deepen your expertise in SaaS monetization models by measuring bookings, revenue, and capacity utilization, applying financial acumen around CAC, LTV, and the Magic Number to optimize commercial efficiency and scalability.
- • You will lead and evolve the strategy and analytics ("Moneyball") team over time, mentoring analysts, refining processes, and scaling the function as the company grows, while fostering a culture of curiosity, rigor, and innovation.
- • You will develop advanced analytical capabilities by leveraging expert-level Excel/GSheets, Tableau, and SQL (with Python/R preferred) to structure and execute complex analyses from large, disparate data sets, turning raw data into strategic narratives that influence executive decision-making.
- • You will strengthen your strategic influence and empathy by partnering with sales leaders, account executives, and GTM stakeholders to understand frontline challenges, build trust, and co-create solutions that drive quota attainment and team morale.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of progressive leadership in GTM, Revenue/Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, and/or management consulting within high-growth tech or SaaS companies
- • Expert-level proficiency in Excel/GSheets and Tableau to build models, alongside advanced SQL capabilities (Python/R preferred), enabling complex data analysis and modeling
- • Deep understanding of SaaS financial drivers including CAC, LTV, and the Magic Number, with proven experience in sales planning (territories and quota setting), sales processes, funnel management, and forecasting
