📋 Description

• • The Director, Communication Platform Operation & Production leads the strategic direction, governance, and evolution of enterprise platforms that enable regulated and operational communications at scale for Humana Inc., ensuring timely, accurate, and accessible communications that strengthen trust and empower people to manage their health.
• • Day to day, the role involves leading hands-on execution teams delivering communications across SmartCOMM, OpenText/Dialogue, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and other platforms; ensuring reliable production through disciplined workflows, SLAs, and operational controls; providing transparency into delivery status, dependencies, and risks; and embedding ADA accessibility and multilingual standards into templates, components, and workflows.
• • The role sits within the CRM Marketing organization, reporting to the AVP of CRM Marketing, and partners closely with MarTech, IT, and Regulated & Operational Communications leaders to translate requirements into scalable builds while leading cross-functional teams focused on accountability, cross-training, and execution excellence.
• • In this role, the person will drive platform modernization, guide migrations and tooling simplification, build expertise in component-based development and accessibility standards, reduce risk through governance and quality controls, and enable reusable frameworks that accelerate delivery and reduce complexity across the communications technology stack.
