  • • As Director of Compensation at Modivcare Inc., you will lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of compensation programs that are critical to attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent in a service-oriented healthcare organization.
  • • You will partner with People and Culture Business Partners, Finance, and cross-functional teams to align compensation practices with business goals, market trends, and compliance standards, while leading annual planning cycles, managing job architecture, overseeing benchmarking, and supporting incentive plan design.
  • • You will join a mission-driven company focused on improving lives through healthcare transportation and home-based care, where your expertise will directly impact organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • • In this role, you will define and achieve annual KPIs aligned with corporate goals, mentor and develop leaders, drive change management initiatives, and ensure compensation systems are efficient, compliant, and transparent—building a high-performing Total Rewards function.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or similar field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • • Ten (10) plus years of experience in compensation, with five (5) plus years in leadership responsibility.
  • • Public company experience required, along with progressive experience in executive compensation, market pricing, variable pay, job architecture, sales compensation, and cost modeling.
  • • Proven experience implementing and using technology (e.g., Workday) to drive efficient administration of compensation programs.
  • • Strong business and financial acumen, project management skills, and ability to collaborate, influence, and negotiate across all levels of leadership.
