📋 Description

• • The Director of Consulting Services at OneSource Virtual (OSV) is a strategic leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across a diverse portfolio of HR, payroll, and finance services built on the Workday platform. This role is critical to OSV’s mission of transforming customer teams from transactional to transformational through innovative Business-Process-as-a-Service (BPaaS) solutions.
• • The person will define and lead Consulting Services strategy, governance, and delivery frameworks; own organizational design and talent strategy including hiring, development, and performance management; set and uphold delivery standards across onboarding, upgrades, add-ons, seasonal/compliance, and post-production engagements; collaborate with PMO to ensure seamless project delivery; lead seasonal readiness planning for compliance programs like ACA and Open Enrollment; drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation; establish operating cadence with KPIs and capacity models; serve as an Executive Sponsor and escalation point for customer and partner engagements; own and manage the Consulting Services P&L; partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and R&D to enhance services and develop new offerings; and engage with Workday and its partners on project methodology and execution.
