- • Lead the development and execution of Airalo’s global consumer pricing strategy across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C business models to drive revenue growth, margin optimization, and competitive positioning.
- • Establish and scale Airalo’s pricing function, including operating model, governance structure, systems, and experimentation framework to ensure data-driven, scalable pricing decisions.
- • Own pricing performance metrics globally, with accountability for measurable impact on revenue, gross margin, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
- • Collaborate closely with Executive Leadership, Product, Growth, Networks, Finance, and Data teams to align pricing strategy with product roadmaps, market dynamics, and financial objectives.
- • Design and implement pricing experiments to test elasticity, segmentation, bundling, and promotional tactics across 200+ countries and regions.
- • Analyze market competitiveness, competitor pricing behavior, and regional economic factors to inform dynamic pricing adjustments and localization strategies.
- • Build and lead a high-performing pricing team, fostering a culture of analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous learning.
- • Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable pricing recommendations that balance customer value with business profitability.
- • Develop and maintain pricing models that account for currency fluctuations, regulatory environments, and local payment behaviors across global markets.
- • Define pricing packaging and personalization strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention across diverse geographic and demographic segments.
- • Ensure pricing transparency and consistency while enabling flexibility to respond to real-time market changes and customer feedback.
- • Drive adoption of pricing tools and technologies to automate decision-making, improve forecasting accuracy, and reduce manual overhead.
- • Serve as the primary pricing authority within the organization, providing guidance and training to cross-functional teams on pricing principles and best practices.
- • Monitor and report on pricing KPIs to executive leadership with clarity, frequency, and strategic context.
- • Maintain deep awareness of global telecom and digital connectivity trends to anticipate shifts in consumer behavior and pricing norms.
- • Champion a culture of authenticity, honesty, and kindness while managing high-stakes pricing decisions with cultural sensitivity across 50+ countries.
- • Operate with self-discipline and autonomy, requiring no micromanagement, while actively contributing to a collaborative, inclusive, and psychologically safe team environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading global consumer pricing strategy in a tech or telecom company
- • Demonstrated ability to build and scale pricing functions from scratch, including systems, governance, and experimentation frameworks
- • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, pricing modeling, and statistical testing
- • Experience working across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C business models
- • Track record of driving measurable revenue and margin impact through pricing initiatives
- • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence executive leadership and cross-functional teams
