- • As Director of Corporate Strategy at FICO, you will drive key strategic initiatives and corporate development projects across the Software and Scores business units, directly contributing to shareholder value creation and long-term competitive advantage.
- • You will lead strategic projects in areas such as new business opportunities, growth, pricing, cost reduction, organizational restructuring, and lead or contribute to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships from assessment through integration.
- • You will work within a highly rigorous strategy team led by former McKinsey Partners, reporting directly to the VP of Corporate Strategy, ensuring exposure to top-tier strategic thinking and executive leadership.
- • You will build cross-functional alignment by leading teams of managers and leaders, presenting insights to senior stakeholders, and fostering organizational consensus on strategic direction.
- • You will mentor and develop junior team members through coaching and feedback, strengthening the strategy function’s capabilities.
- • This remote role is ideal for candidates based in the New York City area who thrive in ambiguous, high-impact environments and are motivated by measurable business outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience at a leading strategic consulting firm, preferably at engagement manager or project leader level
- • Proven track record in strategy work including growth, go-to-market, product, or innovation strategy
- • Experience in financial services (lending, retail banking, payments), information services, or software sectors
- • Strong skills in financial modeling, market analysis, competitive intelligence, and developing executive-ready recommendations
- • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive decisions without direct authority
- • BS in business administration, marketing, economics, or analysis-based field; emphasis on data analysis, statistics, or systems a plus
